A wicked wine pairing with Wicked Rare Beefs!

When we first experienced the Wicked Rare Super 3-Way Beef, we were hooked. It took beefy, umami deliciousness to a new level… in a sandwich! And then we had a lobster roll. Fate was sealed.

We’ve been coordinating the past few months to put this together as their demand across San Diego has skyrocketed. We’re privileged they’re putting together a special plate of three of their tasty offerings in mini/slider size for us so that we could do our wine pairing thang.

• Lobster Roll – claw and knuckle lobster with a touch of mayo on butter grilled brioche
• Super 3-Way Beef – fresh roast beef, white American cheese, bbq sauce, and mayo
• Cheesesteak with the Works – grilled beef with cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms

Each will be paired with a half glass of wine (3 oz) – exact pairings TBD.
