Barracruda will be bringing a fresh, locally caught fish (likely Bluefin or Yellowtail) and preparing it three different ways to pair with Rainfall, Encounter, and Darkstar.

More details to come, but a lot will depend on what is fresh and available! Definitely will be some raw ceviche / aguachile and grilled variations.
