Certified Cheese Professional® Jenny Eastwood and wine maker Eric Van Drunen will be on hand to guide you through each of the five pairings, along with answering any of your questions about cheese and wine.

“Five Year Cheddar”, Face Rock Creamery (OR) | Classic aged cheedar. Sharp, creamy.

“Seascape”, Central Coast Creamery (CA) | Cow & goat milk, semi-hard, crumbly texture, tangy. AND “Agrumi”, Salumi. Salame, with cardamom, orange peel and red chili flakes.
