DESCRIPTION:Back on track with our wine and pizza pairing! \nHow to do a pairing of different pizzas with different wines? By the slice is lame. We are going for a Quattro Stagioni – four different pizzas\, all in one pizza! \nIf you haven’t had one before\, a Quattro Stagioni is a traditional Italian pizza divided into four quadrants\, each representing a different season with different toppings. We’ve teamed up with Pizza Marinara to bring this to life\, and let them put their spin on it (Matt’s been making great pies for 20+ years).  Each quadrant is paired with a half-glass of wine\, so two full glasses of wine in all to go with the 12″ pizza. \n\n2022 Encounter with spinach\, ricotta\, and garlic Encounter\n2022 Uncharted with Italian sausage\, red bell peppers\, and garlic\n2022 Palisade with mushrooms\, ricotta\, and garlic\n2021 Darkstar with mozzarella\, ricotta\, Romano\, garlic\, hot honey\, and hot gabagool\n\nTicket sales end Wednesday\, 6/24\, Midnight! No sales at the door. \nPlease note we are doing this event on a Saturday night\, anytime from 5:00 to 7:30 pm.
