Cranberry, underripe peach, and tarragon.
Foot stomped at harvest. Wild yeast and malolactic fermentation in open top bin. After five days of skin contact, pressed in combination with Zinfandel pomace. After four months, racked off gross lees and cold settled. No acidulation or other “corrections”. Bottled unfiltered on 1/27/2018.
