Hard cider made with hand-picked apples from Mom’s Garden Orchard (Macoun, Hewes Virginia Crabapple, Transcendent Crabapple, Smokehouse, Burford Red Fleshed, and an unnamed
bitter seedling) plus some Calvile Blanc d’Hiver and Malus Floribunda Crabapple from hundred year old trees. Fermented on wine lees and apple pomace.
This wine is bottle conditioned. We did not disgorge, so the yeast is still in there. 9.8% ABV
