Production: 18 cases
Fragrant with lemon blossom, orange, mango, and honey. Good acidity. Recommend serving at 40-48 °F.
Grapes were field blended, and whole cluster pressed together. Wild yeast and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After four months, racked off gross lees and cold settled. No acidulation or other “corrections”. Bottled unfiltered on 1/28/2018.
