Wine and Pizza Pairing – September 22, 2023 (4-8pm)

What took us so long?!?! Wine and pizza, duh.

But how to do a pairing of different pizzas with different wines? We guess we could do it by the slice, but somehow that just seemed lame. What was needed was a Quattro Stagioni – four different pizzas, all in one pizza!

If you haven’t had one before, a Quattro Stagioni is a traditional Italian pizza divided into four quadrants, each representing a different season with different toppings. We’ve teamed up with Pizza Marinara to bring this to life, and let them put their spin on it (Matt’s been making great pies for 19+ years, and his last name is really Marinara!).  Each quadrant is paired with a half-glass of wine, so two full glasses of wine in all to go with the 12″ pizza.

• 2020 Rainfall with spinach, ricotta, and garlic
• 2021 Uncharted with Italian sausage, red bell peppers, and garlic
• 2020 Witherfall Tempest with mushrooms, ricotta, and garlic
• 2021 Darkstar with mozzarella, ricotta, Romano, garlic, hot honey, and hot gabagool

Ticket sales end Tuesday, Midnight! No sales at the door.

Please note we are doing this event on a Friday night, anytime from 4 to 8 pm. Pizza Marinara will be firing yours whenever you arrive!
