SUMMARY:Wine and Oyster Pairing
DESCRIPTION:Indulge in our annual celebration of wine and oyster deliciousness! \nAs always\, we’ve teamed up with Captain Jack’s Shellfish Company to put together an awesome pairing of wine and oysters. Captain Jack’s has provided oysters for our pairing events for the last seven years\, and everyone who has had them knows that Jack’s selects only the best\, freshest oysters. \nWe will be pouring six 2 oz pours of different wines to pair with the oysters\, and you can choose to enjoy 6\, 12\, 18\, or 24 oysters! Note the amount of wine stays the same – just the number of oysters changes for that ticket. The event goes from 7-8:30pm. This is a special event on a Wednesday night at the winery and we are closed to the public. \nFor the oysters\, we’ll have three different kinds (TBD based on freshness\, often Fanny Bay\, Bluepoint\, Kumiai) along with different\, paired accompaniments (e.g. Cocktail/Horseradish\, Mignonette)\, and also grilled! So you can enjoy them both raw\, “dressed”\, and grilled. When ordering a half-dozen oysters\, you will get two of each kind; when ordering a dozen\, you will get four of each kind; etc. \nYou can also add a lobster roll to your order! \nNote orders must be placed before Midnight\, Sunday\, Jan 4th – orders cannot be placed the day of the event. \n>> Get your tickets here! <<
