Amaro Spritz
An amaro is a type of aromatized, bitter, Italian liqueur. Sort of like a sweet, red vermouth with a shot of bitters. An example on the sweeter side is Aperol, and the more bitter side is Campari. Lovely on their own, but often used as an ingredient in a cocktail, such as the Aperol spritz (Aperol and sparkling wine).
“Paison” is our own, unique house amaro made with sparkling wine. Rich, fruity, aromatic, complex, just slightly bitter, and pure fun to drink!
