We are prevented from shipping alcohol to Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont by law. At this time, our online store does not prevent you from placing an order to ship to these states, however, we will have to decline the order and refund your payment after the order is placed.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Any shipment containing alcohol requires a signature by an adult 21 years or older at the time of delivery. Shipments cannot be left without an adult signature. If the order is returned to Charlie & Echo because no adult is able to sign for the shipment, the order will be refunded minus any shipping charges.
NO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO
Unfortunately, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses cannot receive wine.
Note that any order which includes a pre-order product (one that will be released at a future date) will ship as one when all pre-order products are available. If you would like to receive currently available products earlier, please put in an order with only those products separate from your order of pre-order products.
TIME TO SHIP
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your shipment before it is shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Please be advised that you assume the risk of damage to wine due to the temperature conditions during shipment. We advise you do not ship if the local temperature is 80° or above or 20° or below (Fahrenheit). If you would like us to hold your order until a later time, please include that information in the “Order notes” at time of checkout.
RETURN POLICY – WINE & MERCHANDISE
If you receive your wine and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the shipment. Include a description of the damages and include pictures if possible. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
Defective bottles must be returned within 3 months of purchase with at least 80% of the wine remaining to receive a refund. Wine purchased after three months may not be returned. Merchandise and non-defective bottles may not be returned.
To return your wine, please contact us at email@example.com. We will arrange either to pay for the return shipping of the defective wine and the refund your purchase (including a pro-rated amount for shipping if not all of the wines in the shipment were defective), or ship you a replacement. Any refunds are placed on the credit card used to make the original purchase.
RETURN POLICY – EVENTS
Unless stated otherwise in the event description, purchases for event tickets cannot be refunded within 72 hours of the event. If you wish to receive a refund for an event, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. By placing an order with Charlie & Echo, the buyer acknowledges sole responsibility for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
No order will be considered complete until payment has been submitted and successfully processed. All credit card data is transmitted securely.
