project X

Project X is our ongoing series of experimental wine beverages. There’s a new theme every couple of months, and a new release every, single week!

Our Project X theme for May and June is Sangrias!

Always our most popular Project X series. All are available on tap at the winery and in 375 ml cans to go while they last (12-15% ABV).

Dates below refer to the first Thursday the release will be available for pickup at the winery. Usually they will be available for ordering online a day or two earlier.

Cherry Vanilla (May 06) – A red wine sangria with cherries and vanilla – you can’t go wrong!

Cranberry Orange (May 13) – Cranberry juice, orange juice, red wine, and brandy.

Blueberry Cinnamon (May 20) – Red wine sangria with blueberries, brandy steeped with cinnamon sticks, and a hint of maple syrup.

Grilled Citrus (May 27) – Probably the most popular sangria we’ve ever made. Classic red wine sangria but with grilled lemons, limes, and oranges, plus barrel aged brandy.

Honeydew Cucumber (Jun 03) – Yummy and refreshing white wine sangria made with honeydew melon, cucumber, lime juice, brandy and mint.

Pomegranate Chai (Jun 10) – Red wine sangria with pomegranate juice, chai tea spices, and brandy.

Ruby Red (Jun 17) – Simple but delicious red wine sangria with ruby red grapefruit juice, lime juice, and brandy.

Mango Chile (Jun 24) –  Surprise hit from last year is back! White sangria with mango, real Hatch green chiles, lime juice, and brandy.
