Kids are welcome, but note we don’t have much to offer them.

project X

Project X is our ongoing series of experimental wine beverages. There’s a new theme every two or three months, and a new release every, single week!

Our Project X theme for December and January is Cocktails!

As a winery, we’re allowed to fortify our wines with brandy all the way up to 24% ABV – well into the cocktail range! While we don’t go that high (more like 17.5%), these are serious cocktails.

Dates below refer to the first day the release will be available for pickup at the winery. Usually they will be available for ordering online a day or two earlier.

Agua de Sevilla (December 01) – Sauvignon Blanc, pineapple juice, blood orange syrup, plus both barrel-aged and white brandies.

French 75 (December 08) – The classic, with Sauvignon Blanc, lemon juice, and our own house “gin” made with white brandy steeped in a host of botanicals.

Tamarind Sour Fizz (December 15) – Our very popular twist on a whiskey sour, made with Sauvignon Blanc, tamarind, plus both a barrel-aged brandy and a brandy aged on grape pomace.

Not a Ritz Fizz (December 29) – Another twist on a classic, we combine Sauvignon Blanc with a barrel-aged brandy, blood orange syrup, almond orgeat, and lemon juice.

Brandy Butterscotch (January 05) – A big hit from last year returns. Sauvignon Blanc plus our own house-made butterscotch, barrel-aged brandy, and lemon juice.

Raymond Massey (January 12) – A perennial favorite, combining Sauvignon Blanc, ginger, and both a barrel-aged brandy and a brandy aged on grape pomace.

Applejacked (January 19) – Another big hit from last year returns. Sauvignon Blanc, apple juice, cinnamon, and a brandy aged on apple cider pomace.

Muh Muh Muh My Paloma (January 26) – A new cocktail this year is a take on the classic Paloma. Sauvignon Blanc, grapefruit juice, grapefruit “cello” (brandy infused with grapefruit zest), barrel-aged brandy, lime juice, and an NA “tequila”.

All are available on tap at the winery and in 8 oz cans to go while they last (17.5% ABV).

You can order online for delivery or pick-up, or purchase on site.
