project X

Project X is our ongoing series of experimental wine beverages. There’s a new theme every couple of months, and a new release every, single week!

Our Project X theme for March and April is Mimosas!

There’s way more to mimosas than just adding OJ! We’re taking all kinds of different juices along with spices and herbs, plus twice the wine normally used. All are available on tap at the winery and in 375 ml cans to go while they last (8-9% ABV).

Dates below refer to the first Thursday the release will be available for pickup at the winery. Usually they will be available for ordering online a day or two earlier.

Orange Vanilla (Mar 04) – A twist on the classic – a Creamsicle mimosa!

Pineapple Coconut (Mar 11) – A very grown up take on a Dole Whip (with wine + without dairy).

Apple Apricot (Mar 18) – Apple cider, apricot nectar, and a touch of lemon juice.

Passion Fruit Ginger (Mar 25) – Passion fruit steeped with fresh ginger.

Sour Pear (Apr 01) – Pear juice with a slightly sour wine and a hint of peppermint.

Basil Strawberry (Apr 08) – Our only rosé-based mimosa, with loads of strawberries, fresh basil, and a little bit of lemon juice.

Guava Curry (Apr 15) – Guava juice, lime juice and curry. Why be normal?

Grapefruit Mint (Apr 22) –  Grapefruit juice and fresh mint. Yum.

Blueberry Lemon (Apr 29) –  Loads of blueberries along with house-made lemonade.

Project X is available on tap and in 375 ml bottles to go. You can order online for delivery or pick-up, or purchase on site.
