We have a selection of delicious, artisanal snacks available in our tasting room (e.g. cheese, salami – see menu link above). You’re also welcome to bring in any food and non-alcoholic beverages you’d like. Additionally, Deli Sushi and Mister G’s Salsa are in our complex, plus other restaurants nearby which deliver.

Dogs are welcome on our patio, but only service animals are allowed inside the tasting room.

Kids are welcome, but note we don’t have much to offer them.

project X

Project X is our ongoing series of experimental wine beverages. There’s a new theme every couple of months, and a new release every, single week!

Our Project X theme for November and December is Wine Cocktails!

As a winery, we are allowed to add wine spirits into wine. Classically this was for making dessert wines, but we’ve decided to use the privilege to make cocktails!

Dates below refer to the first Thursday the release will be available for pickup at the winery. Usually they will be available for ordering online a day or two earlier.

Agua de Sevilla (Nov 04) – When a sangria turns into a cocktail! Sparkling white wine, loads of pineapple juice and barrel-aged brandy, plus blood orange syrup.  16.3% ABV

French 75 (Nov 11) – Our version of the classic cocktail, made with our own compound “gin” recipe and sparkling Sauvignon Blanc. 17.6% ABV

Berry Tisane Fizz (Nov 18) – Currants, elderberries, cranberries, hibiscus, rosehips, and rooibos all combined with sparkling white wine and brandyshine. 16.1% ABV

Raymond Massey (Dec 02) – The Toronto classic brought to San Diego. We use a special brandy aged with grape pomace, ginger syrup, and sparkling white wine. 17.9% ABV

Seda de Naranja (Dec 09) – Our twist on this traditionally tequila-based cocktail, using a spice-infused blend of different brandies, blood orange syrup, and sparkling white wine. 17.5% ABV

Fireside 75 (Dec 16) – Start with a French 75, then add cinnamon and a special brandy aged on apple pomace. A version of the French 75 to warm up the (cold) San Diego nights! 17.6% ABV

Tamarind Sour Fizz (Dec 30) – A big hit from last year, it’s our riff on a whiskey sour. Sparkling white wine and tamarind combined with a blend of barrel-aged and pomace-aged brandies. 17.3% ABV

You can order online for delivery or pick-up, or purchase on site.
