project X

Project X is our ongoing series of experimental wine beverages. There’s a new theme every couple of months, and a new release every, single week!

Our theme for November and December is Wine Cocktails! As a winery, we can add our own brandy (both clear or aged) into wine and create a host of fun cocktails. All are cold and carbonated, and range between 16-18% ABV.

French 75 (Nov 5) – Our take on the classic, made with our house compound “gin”, sparkling white wine, and lemon juice.

Agua de Sevilla (Nov 12) – Sparkling white wine, pineapple juice, barrel aged brandy, and a triple-sec syrup.

Hibiscus Lemosa (Nov 19) – Clear brandy steeped with hibiscus flowers, lemon juice, triple-sec syrup, and sparkling white wine.

Raymond Massey (Dec 03) – Your new favorite old classic. Grape pomace brandy, ginger brandy, sparkling white wine and simple syrup.

Tamarind Sour Fizz (Dec 10) – Pomace and barrel aged brandy, tamarind, sparkling white wine, and simple syrup.

Kir Péttilant (Dec 17) – Clear brandy steeped in real black currants, sparkling white wine, and simple syrup.

Limon Royale (Dec 31) – Our house limoncello and sparkling white wine with just a hint of mint.

The Wine Cocktails are available on tap and in 375 ml cans to go. You can order online for delivery or pick-up, or purchase on site.

food & kids & dogs

You’re welcome to bring in any food, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages you’d like to enjoy into our wine tasting room. We frequently have food trucks on site, Deli Sushi and Mister G’s Salsa are in our complex, and The Good Seed Food Company is just across the street, plus other restaurants nearby which deliver.

You’re also welcome to bring kids and dogs to our tasting room, as long as they are well-behaved and don’t bite.
