We’re bringing in The Raclette Stand to serve up delicious, hot, gooey, melted Raclette!
What’s Raclette? It’s both a cheese and a dish from Switzerland, traditionally served over boiled potatoes or toasted bread.
We’ll be doing a Raclette trio (classic, smoked, and black truffle) paired with three different wines (3 x 2 oz pours).
Please note we are doing this event on a Saturday afternoon, anytime from 2 to 6 pm. The Raclette Stand will be melting yours whenever you arrive!
