Wine & Chocolate Pairing

Colorful array of Dallmann chocolates

Wine and chocolate pairing is back with the always delicious Dallmann Confections! If you haven’t had a chance to enjoy Dallmann, they set the bar for chocolatiers in town.

Dallmann has put together a special collection of five luscious chocolates for us, which we’re pairing with three different wines. We’ll have the chocolates ready for you to enjoy whenever you’d like to visit our Miralani Tasting Room on Saturday, March 15, 1 – 8pm (this is not a formal event starting at a set time). Orders cannot be shipped.

As always, Wine Club members receive 20% off their order! If you aren’t a member of our Wine Club, you can join now online and reap the savings.

~ Chocolates & Pairings (wines might change…) ~

  • 2020 Rainfall (1.25 oz pour) with
    – Lemon & Thyme (infusion of fresh thyme and organic lemon juice mixed into a white chocolate ganache in a milk chocolate shell)
  • 2022 Palisade (3 oz pour) with
    – Blackberry (layer of homemade organic blackberry jam followed by a rich dark chocolate ganache), and
    – Peanut Butter Jam (delicious peanut butter mixed with milk chocolate with a center filled with fresh raspberry puree)
  • 2017 Vigilant (2 oz pour) with
    – Butter Crunch Pretzel (crunchy, salted pretzels followed by a layer of white chocolate butter ganache encased in dark chocolate), and
    – Bananas Foster (tropical banana puree simmered slowly in spiced rum with cinnamon vanilla and brown sugar mixed into a smooth white chocolate ganache)

Orders must be placed by 11:59 pm, Friday, March 8th! We will not have tickets available at the door.
