We’ll have an awesome pairing of four wines to enjoy with four different tapas from Chef Trez from Wine Time Catering:
- 2022 Encounter w/ Butternut Squash / Balsamic Glaze Crostini
- 2021 Darkstar w/ Mushroom / Blue Cheese / Pecan Crostini
- 2015 Sangiovese w/ Braised Short Rib / Polenta
- 2017 Vigilant w/ Lemon Curd / Strawberry Tart
Chef will be on site and you can show up any time from 2 to 5 pm on Saturday, April 13 (this is not a formal presentation event starting at a set time). Orders cannot be shipped (duh).
