• 2021 Darkstar w/ Mushroom / Blue Cheese / Pecan Crostini
• 2015 Sangiovese w/ Braised Short Rib / Polenta
• 2017 Vigilant w/ Lemon Curd / Strawberry Tart

Chef will be on site and you can show up any time from 2 to 5 pm on Saturday, April 13 (this is not a formal presentation event starting at a set time). Orders cannot be shipped (duh).
